It's no secret that Rue 21 has really CUTE clothes! I got this tank for only $4.99! I paired it with some high-waisted shorts and a Hot Topic logo necklace, some bracelets and of course, these stylin' sunglasses! All accessories are from Hot Topic, but they aren't online-only in store.
These sunglasses are so cute, it was part of Hot Topic's buy one, get one for $1 sale! ISN'T THAT A GREAT DEAL OR WHAT?!

This tube top was on sale for $5 and it is SO comfortable! It's so soft!
You cannot go wrong with a top like this, especially for the price.
I paired it with some hoops, chokers and some bracelets!
